IT, phones and websites
for New Zealand business.

ICS looks after the computers, the phone system, the network and the website your business runs on. Something will break eventually. The question is who turns up, and ours are our own engineers.

Response protocols

Ninety seconds on how ICS handles a fault, and what full stack developer services on an hourly or project basis actually looks like in practice.

Incorporated in New Zealand in 2015 under the Companies Act 1993. NZBN 9429041577776.

Almost nobody does both of these.

Running a telecom network is usually the job of a big company in Auckland. Driving to a shop in Rotorua is usually the job of a two-person IT outfit. We have done both since 2015.

Fibre optic strands carrying voice traffic

We run a real telecom network

Not a reseller deal. The actual switch that carries the calls, which is why we can change things for you instead of asking someone else to.

Network patch panel being worked on by hand

We turn up in person

Our own engineers and our own workshop in Rotorua, covering the Bay of Plenty and Waikato. Somebody you can put a face to.

Do you come to me?

If you are in the Bay of Plenty or Waikato, yes. Everything listed here is an easy drive from our Rotorua workshop.

Further afield, we still look after you remotely. Phone systems, servers and websites do not care where we are sitting.

Three month rolling contract.

We will not tie you into a long-term agreement. We would rather keep your business by being good at the job.

If you are not happy in the first month, you can simply say goodbye. After that, three months notice. That is the whole arrangement.

Local and punctual

Our technicians and workshop are in the Bay of Plenty. We serve New Zealand, and beyond it Asia Pacific, the Middle East, India and Pakistan.

Trusted

We hold a number of premium accreditations, which exist to keep the knowledge and the service at the standard the work needs.

Lasting relationships

We would rather keep a client for ten years than win one for one, and we go the extra mile on the outcome rather than just the ticket.

Right attitude

Our consultants regularly assist large organisations that need an elevated skill set to finish complex IT projects.

148 countries

We provide telecom carrier services into 148 countries, which is why our wholesale voice routing is worth asking about.

Lowest prices

Contact centre solutions at the lowest price we can run them for, because the tooling should not be where your money goes.

Skilled people, sourced

An AEWV accredited employer. We recruit fibre technicians, engineers and electricians from overseas and cover the visa process and fees.

Human beings

Last but not least. The same people each time, using your name rather than your account number.

Before you call

The questions we get asked most, answered honestly rather than optimistically.

How much does it cost?

Managed IT is charged monthly per user or per device. Voice is per seat. Software and websites are fixed price per project. The audit that produces the quote is free, and whatever the number is it runs on a three month rolling contract, so you are never locked in while you find out whether we are any good. The full breakdown is on the pricing table.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Our response commitments are written down and published on the service level agreement page, where you can read them before you are a customer. Most providers will not show you theirs until you are signing.

Do we have to change everything at once?

No. Almost every customer starts with one thing, usually the one currently causing trouble, and adds the rest later. We would rather fix one problem well than sell you six.

Who actually turns up, and are they yours?

Our own engineers, from our own workshop in Rotorua. Not a subcontractor you have never met and cannot ring back.

Are you big enough to look after us?

ICS has traded in New Zealand since 2015 and runs its own telecom platform, which is unusual at this size. It is also small enough that the managing director will take your call. More about the company.
